Papa Johns Pizza

The guy making the pizzas was very rude. Intern his rude words made a co-worker of his become rude towards me as well whenever I entered back into the restaurant to get my pizza. I was only being nice I'm not really sure what they got from what I asked and I know they were in a rush but the guy cooking the pieces was very rude for no reason at all

If I could I would give this a zero star ordered pizza for me and my wife, was told it would be and hour for delivery cool no problem two and a half hours later no pizza I called and was hung up on. After 3 and half hours I go up there to find out my order was voided and they gave me my money with out call and saying anything. I swear the worst case of mental illness I have seen

This place have no sanitary use. Workers touch their face then touch the dough with no gloves or sanitizer. Today 3/4 round 1250pm while picking up the little lady cough multiple times by people orders without covering then have the nerves to cough and help prepare food all without washing hands or stepping away from where the food was being made the worker should be required to where gloves and mask

I can only pickup because delivery is not an option where my home is, which isn’t a big deal but I don’t appreciate it when everytime I go there the staff is always rude. The first instance I got a young man rolling his eyes asking if I was here to pick up for DoorDash. I wasn’t even holding a DoorDash bag and I guess I look young so he just assumed. Either way he just seemed annoyed. The second time I just got a death stare from some girl and wasn’t helped out until a guy came that was actually decent. Also, the stuffed pepperoni pizza crust is not even melted inside. Literally just solid pieces of mozzarella cheese sticks inside it. The people that work there don’t make it appeasing to go when I feel like I’m bothersome everytime im there.

They never answer the phone. Online ordering down more often than not. This location might as well not exist. Owners and managers should be embarrassed. Edit: I've started getting these coupons in the mail for a free cheese pizza as an "apology." 1.) How does one redeem a pizza from a store that doesn't take orders online and can't be contacted? 2.) The heck am I going to do with a plain cheese pizza? 3.) This thing says it can't be combined with any other discounts. So if I want a pizza with stuff on it AND this cheese pizza, I have to pay the astronomical full price of $20 for a specialty. What a joke.

Worst location in Louisiana, they are constantly getting orders wrong. Just tonight I made a simple order, the driver got my order mixed up with another delivery and we ended up with each other's pizza. Instead of making a fresh order and having it delivered, the driver picked up the orders and just swapped them. When I got my order there were finger marks in the PIZZA, like someone had poked at it and it was already cold!!! Do not order from here, your better off at any other place than this!! Not sanitary, and the employees are not very friendly or helpful. Useless all around.
