Popeyes Walker

Really good experience. Which in going to be honest, is sometimes not expected when going to a Popeyes. But the people taking our drive through order were really helpful in helping us get the best bang for our buck. Food was perfect and they got our order 100% plus gave us an extra drink for our toddler. Best Popeyes experience I've had for sure.

The inside was finally open to dine in, but it would have been better just to keep it closed! The menu monitors behind the counter didn't work and were dark. The tables and booths were not clean and a mess. There was only one cashier waiting on customers and many people in line. The manager on duty should have put someone up front to help. And after I finally got to order my meals, I didn't get everything I ordered, but didn't realize it till I got home. I USED to be a faithful customer to Popeyes, but not anymore! Very sad experience!

Ordered food online at 9:29 for pickup, got there and waited in line for 15 minutes just to be told that they don’t have chicken left and will not make any more food even though they are open until 11pm. They sure had no problem taking my money and allowed me to order through the app though. Don’t offer services and take payment if you can’t provide is all I have to say.

This is the absolute worst Popeyes location I’ve ever been to! They forget stuff every time, they NEVER answer the phone, they never give napkins. I got just red beans on time, no rice. Another time I got 4 tenders and I ordered 5. Another time we didn’t get utensils and the biscuits were cold. I made a mobile order then got to the window 36 mins later and it wasn’t even started yet! I order blackened tenders which are cooked to order so I ordered on the app to just pick up bc they never answer the phone. 36 minutes and they still were not ready! I’m not sure if it’s management or poor workers or both but they are horrible!

That was the best customer service that I've ever had at a Popeyes! The manager in there was on top of everything, kind and taking care of an issue with her employees while handling customer issues such as mine seamlessly. They overcharged me for an item I didn't receive. I called and they actually answered! She checked my ticket and offer me a free meal because of my inconvenience. I told her their location was too far and she told me to go to the poeyes near my home and she would call that location and make sure that I got my free meal. This was today 4/3/22 around 1600 and I don't know her name but she needs to be recognized.

Poor slow service ! Will not be back. How.do you have a parking lot full of cars and no chicken cooking at all. It took me an 1 hour and 20 mins to get my order. Told me no breast meat, or spicy chicken. It would be 15 minutes. Took 35 minutes to get the chicken I didn't want. Just thinking it would save a little time .

Took forever in drive through line. Don’t know if they couldn’t get the person in front of me order correct t the order box and at the window as well because all you seen was bags being handed back & forth. When I finally got to the window the girl tells me what I owe and then gets ready to hand me my drinks but ask her co-worker which was what and then pops off and says “It don’t matter she can figure it out! So I asked her what was what and she replied I have no idea . When getting my food it was wrong and then I had to go inside to get my husbands mashed potato’s because they didn’t give it to me. When I told them that I didn’t have it the girl who waited on me said it’s in the box. So I said which box and open them and said there is no potatoes in here !
