Had a fairly long wait for my order but there were a lot of people. Overall it was clean except for the till, it was very sticky and unpleasant

Waited 15 minutes for a simple cup of tea, and I was the only customer in line. No apology, no “thanks for waiting,” just silence. Basic courtesy and time management are part of good service—this location needs to retrain staff on customer care and speed. Please fix the delays and acknowledge customers’ time.

When you order six things and only get two things show up disappointed please look at the order before putting it in the bag next time I’ve got cancer and I can’t walk to the shop. The least you can do is just doublecheck what you’ve put in the bag.

Went via drive through. Had to wait for food which was OK. But I asked for dips twice, once when ordering then again when at window on collection, to be told yeah they're in. Got 3 big mac meals and 1 grinch mac meal. Got home no dips no socks and cost for a packet of powder the difference is totally not worth it
