Friendly staff.. Fast 💨 service. The staff was soooo helpful an nice 😊 delicious fresh food.. my whooper jr combo was absolutely tasteful 😋the restaurant was extremely clean with beautiful new renovations.. when I placed my order the staff allowed me to use two coupons at one time 🙌🏼.. I absolutely loved the service an the employees. awesome food an awesome indoor play area 🛝. 😊🍔

Well, first of all the staff. Rude. I was walked by several times by the staff and finally had to yell out I'm ready to order. Next, when it came to the whopper original price deal. They said they weren't going to do it and that they couldn't. Yet another customer came in and suddenly they had the capability to honor the offer. Give me a break. This used to be a great place. Seriously last time i come to this one.

I had one issue only this visit. I ordered 2 cheeseburger meal and I watched the person making them pull the beef patties out of a pan located above the grill. They weren't cooked fresh and were warm at best when I ate them. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is they were very busy and also filled everyone's orders very quickly. The staff was professional and working hard. I don't know if pre cooking the hamburger patties is something new for Burger King but I always enjoyed the fresh grilled taste that was missing today. I know there is a labor shortage and appreciate these workers for choosing to work and work well instead of staying home.

This is why Burger Kings are shutting down nation wide! Ordered 2 impossible whoppers but none was available because the broiler has already been cleaned...2 hours before closing. The order was replaced with 2 cold chicken sandwiches and cold fries. Also order a cheeseburger kids meal and was given what was left over because again the broiler has already been cleaned. Now this takes the cake...I ordered a double whopper with cheese no tomatoes, no lettuce and got 4 cheeseburger patties wrapped up like a sandwich...I can not make this up!
