Hardee's

Last visit was really disappointing. Ordered 4 1/3 thick burgers, received 4 cheeseburgers with only ketchup. Called and was told (by manager) to bring in my receipt and the error would be corrected. Came in next day, older lady said I needed to bring food back bc they have to maintain an inventory and proceeded to interrogate me before telling me to come back next day to speak with manager. I wont be visiting this establishment again since they can't own their mistakes and put customers first.

It was ok. Never understand why we're asked to pull up in drive thru when there's no one else in line. I know about drive thru times since I am a former fast food manager, but pulling every car is cheating the system. We had to wait for chicken strips, which is fine, but rest of food was cold by the time we got the order. Chicken was good as it was fresh and hot. Burger, ham sandwich, and fries were mediocre at best.

THIS WAS SO TERRIBLE. We ordered 5 price chicken tenders with fries and half sweet half unsweet tea 3 ranch and a burger with onion rings and sweet/unsweet tea. They gave us two fries no onion ring and the wrong burger. No ranch and when we asked for 3 ranch again they gave us 2 not 3 and worst of all the workers there seemed to have such an attitude. never coming back

This place is so nasty and the customer service is terrible. I ordered my food at the drive thru. When I went to the second window the guy was talking in the back to other people and did not tell me my total. I had to ask him for it. When he processed my payment he told me to pull up and he will bring my food to me. When he came out he put my bag in my face, like here and walked off. I looked into my bag to make sure everything was correct they put the wrong thing on my hot dog. So I pulled around and went inside. No one was in the store and no one was at the register. I had to yell out to get someone attention. All of that was ridiculous. I will never go back to this location again.

Chicken strips are good but I guess so when you've waited 15 mins for them and you're starving. EVERY time I'm 1asked to pull forward, told it will be just a few minutes and it NEVER fails that I'm having to wait 15 minutes. I like the food but the service and calling this place "fast" food is false advertisement.

Order in drive thru, well tried to order the person taking my order sound like she just woke up from a nap and could not get the order right and then complained to me that I was running her time up. I was the only car in the drive thru. She asked us to pull up and the gave us attitude when we got to the window. I did not even get any food because she could not stop her attitude. If you want hardees, Dont go to the one in wake forest.
