We had lunch here today. The dining area was clean, the staff were polite and quick, and the food was good. I’d come here again.

Came to drive tru and order 12 piece supreme with dirty rice and macaroni and cheese well they told me they don’t serv that until 8 which I said ok that’s fine just give me fries! The fries they gave me they were cold and saggy as if they have been sitting there for a while and on top of that they didn’t put the biscuits that come with it. Honestly they manager is not doing her job the way she supposed she’s not staying in top anything like she suppose to do it!

Well I ordered a sausage biscuit, I asked them if I can add bacon and America cheese. I got the bacon and cheese separated. I didn't think I had to building my sandwich 😐

We always get the chicken supreme dinners from here and have never had an issue. Remember to ask for your condiments because they will not ask you. Drive thru times are pretty slow. Wish they had a more efficient system like CFA, but last time I went, the worker did come out onto the street to take orders instead of just standing at the speaker.

Second time going to this location and will be the last. The chicken is never fully cooked. It is always pink and bloody. Guess they figure if the skin is cooked then so is the rest of it. Learn to cook chicken correctly. Also, season your fries the way you once did. This used to be a good location.

I'll be taking my business elsewhere after my experience with the cashier at the drive thru. I paid for a large fry, was given a small, I asked for my large and that really irritated her. She gives me a tiny bag of fries and while she's getting it ready SHE REACHES HER HAND IN AND EATS ONE, and hands me the bag while she's chomping down on my fries. No mask or gloves either just attitude everytime. I'll come back when this gross cashier is gone.

Mostly good, except a bit understaffed, and table priority was odd. We still got relatively good service, but had to wait behind a table that got there AFTER us. Would still go to Ribeye's at this location again.

Overall pretty middle-of-the-road as far as Bojangles locations. Fairly busy and the fries typically come under seasoned, but they get the order right every time.
