They obviously do not sell full bowls anymore. I should of paid half price. Which is like $3.55. If your not going to sell full bowls let people know. You've lost another customer.

Don’t show up for dinner unless you plan on getting terrible customer service here. Lived in the area for over 6 years and the line is out the door constantly. You would think they would expand or hire more people but instead you get disgruntled employees, with an attitude. You can’t request fresh food. Don’t ever bother showing up one hour before close either because they will blatantly tell you they are out of food.

I was there Friday April 8th in the afternoon. Busy, busy. Two ladies busy cooking, another in back prepping, and one young man tending to customers with a line streadily streaming out front door. Kudos! I was so impressed. That young man never appeared stressed, was polite, accommodating and the food was delicious as always.

They were way to busy to be as slow as they were moving. I seen 2 of them do alot of just standing around when they should have been helping. They were out of most of everything. The egg rolls were burnt and nasty. And it was way to hot for all the employees. This makes the 2nd time I've been in there and was disappointed, so I will not be back

Worst panda express known to man. terrible customer service and they don’t even know how to answer the phone. i should not have to call more than 10 times and still get no answer, and googles says they not even busy right now. I hope corporate sees this and fires everyone there because they need new management asap. this has been going on for months and frankly i’m tired of it. This panda needs to start growing like everything else in waco, not keep takin steps back….

If you order the walnut shrimp as one of your family meal items be aware that you pay an additional $3.75 per box and the box is only half full. Second time this has happened to me, last time they actually counted the shrimp in the half full box!

I came in about 8 pm on a Monday night,band the line was to the door. When I paid & left, the line was still to the door. The staff was friendly an relatively fast. The food was really good. I plan to go more often.

Went to go order about 8 plates. They had signs on the door saying they were out of a atleast 4 items. So we change a few of our orders since they were out of the few things we wanted to get for dinner. We almost left with my plate for dinner only having steam rice. Luckily the cashier that day checked every plate before bagging and made sure I got the food plate I paid for. Thank you ma'am.
