I went to get a caramel ribbon crunch and I came out with a gr mocha frap single grave coffee syrup I don't think that's what I ordered so I'm going back tomorrow I take a picture and I'm going to complain

Excellent people over at this location especially the guy named Evan. I do request that you give this man a raise or something that would benefit him cause he’s the only one that’s gotten me my caramel Frappuccino correct and it tasted amazing. Thank you again and would recommend this place

Very friendly! Clean. We had a community event/fundraiser here and they were accommodating.
It looked like they also had some board games in the corner to grab and play with friends.

Staff is horrible. Placed a mobile order this morning and they had me waiting on my drink, gave me my food, finally after everyone is gone the girl making drinks is like “oh yeah, we don’t have the drink you ordered , did you want a different one?”After I had already waited 15 minutes, then when I go to get a refund the guy in the front is acting like I’m asking for a refund for something I didn’t pay for. He’s like “hmm what egg bites did you get, we’ll can I see it on your app” as if he wasn’t the one who called my name for them. This is the worst Starbucks in Visalia. Have had my order messed up in the past but thought I’d try it again, still the worst.

I had an excellent experience when I got my grande iced chai tea latte with oat milk because of your employee Evan. I think he should get a raise or some extra benefits because he is a fantastic employee.

When ever we pick or orders they are always so nice and sweet always have little conversation with us they r thoughtful and sweet

Bought a protein pack which included a pb&j sandwich. The sandwich had just a small stain of both pb&j which was ridiculous. I took it back to show them and not even an "I'm sorry about that" all I got was a look like "what do you want me to do about it?" Anyway..horrible service.
