Milano

One of the few places that's open early so I can grab some breakfast & a latte on my way to work. I love the egg bites. Also one of the few places that offer their matcha latte with or without sweetener (and when you do get it sweetened it's the perfect amount of honey & not too sweet). Baked goods are best with a coffee to balance out the sugary goodness - great spot for a break. Have also picked up whole roasted beans for home use in my French press & they're fantastic!

We've had a very hard time finding a good cup of coffee in Victoria until we came here. Milano has it figured out. Excellent flat whites and cappuccino. A nice variety of snacks and sweets, a friendly, engaging staff who seem to enjoy being there. They also ground a pound of coffee for us to go.

First-time customer alert !!📢⚠️ Came in and was super busy and ordered an Ice Latte.☕️🧊 - With their current layout, I believe it could be designed better. There is not much walkway to go to seats/washroom.🪑🧻 - Some of the pillows seem dirty on the benches, which could be cleaned up better. - I do like how they do drip coffee and are displayed☕️ - Location is very central to downtown, which is a Plus to most. - The washroom did have issues that they are working on fixing. Where the washroom is "Too Hot and The door locks on its own"

Great little coffee stop that keeps me coming back. I’ve had a macchiato and an oat flat white and the foam (and micro foam) on both was great. Upgraded to the butter roast which was smooth and flavourful. The service was timely and the staff is friendly. Lots of little tables inside so we never had a problem finding a place to sit and enjoy the coffee. Clean bathroom. Cute chic shop in a central location of Victoria.

Came with four other work colleagues to this place. I've always walked by in passing but hadn't had the chance to try until now; I have heard about their Vancouver locations, not realizing they have a few locations on the Island. Staff are super friendly and despite high volumes of orders managed to crank out real fast and good. I tried the Killer Mocha and it tasted real good with the cute simple latte art. I was fairly impressed with the chilled ambiance; I'll have to come back here when I am less pressed for time.

This nicely presented espresso cafe is wonderful! The lemon pound cake was dense a buttery with the right amount of sweetness and tartness. The London fog was strong enough to taste the tea but not overwhelming sweet. No complaints with decaf latte with pumkin spice syrup. Definitely will visit again when I am in town. We went a second day in a row and pleasantly surprised with a shorter wait line. Coffees and pastries were delicious. We will come here again!
