Dunkin'

I went to another Dunkin Donuts and the way that they made my coffee was absolutely disgusting. On my way to work I stopped at this Dunkin across from Turning Stone and asked them if they can please fix it. The manager (I believe) Josh was wonderful. He was so empathetic and understanding. I wanted to pay for the coffee, but he said because it was made incorrectly to not worry about it. He also said that we like to make everything perfect to the guest's needs in hopes that his guest's will come back and visit the store. All I know is that Josh was excellent and he is wonderful with customer service. I was so pleased by the way he was that this store is going to get my business. He should be promoted to a manager or something else within the company, because he has what it takes to go far in this kind of work. His staff as well was amazing. I have never felt so much at home like I did there. Thank you again.
