Best Vietnamese food I’ve had in CT!!! The Bahn Mi pork was amazing! Very friendly, attentive and hard working staff. PhoLy restaurant is efficient - I went there when it was very busy with dine in and take out orders, my food arrived within ten minutes of ordering! I will definitely be returning. : )

I liked the cleanliness, the professional staff, service and quiet atmosphere. The broth is flavorful yet not too overbearing, condiments are light but it's a good thing because keeps soup honest. Fried rice was OK, I should have got an egg and shrimp to kick it up a notch. Thank you FhoLy for the meal at a great price.

Pretty good pho. They also have a selection of rice dishes including the house special fried rice and vermicelli noodle bowls.
The pho dishes are vegetarian, plain, shrimp, chicken or several different beef variations. The beef pho includes tripe (cow stomach and kind of good), beef tendon (very bland and not good), beef balls which are like meatballs but more spongy and thin sliced beef. Try the special beef pho to get everything in one bowl!

Serendipitously stopped here on my way to NY. Best choice. Our server was very friendly and helpful with my food restrictions. The restaurant was clean and cute. The food was outstanding. Both my fiancé and I agreed it was the best pho we had ever had. Thank you PhoLy.

Hands down the best Vietnamese in the area. Each time we get takeout or dine in we’d like it more and more. The bun is our favorite. Only bummer is that they are not open on Sundays.

Very good Vietnamese restaurant that I had heard about in Vernon CT. Extensive menu with beef or spring rolls, wonton soups, large bowls of beef noodle soups, with steak or chicken, or shrimp or tofu. Also rice dishes, vermicelli bowls, vegetarian dishes, sandwiches, and Pholy specials. Most of these meals are spicy and have lots of vegetables or rice and often have nuts. Very good Vietnamese iced coffee to drink too.
