Panda Express

There were at least 6 people in front of us for dinner rush on Sun evening and it felt like the team could work faster or more efficiently. I mean the food is already cooked, just need to be dished/packed. The staff seem to be bumping into one another a lot. We waited for at least 20mins from the time we entered till we got our food. One guest came back in complaining that he didn't receive a few items, and there were a group of people that placed their order online that were waiting to pickup their food. We got the bigger plate, which is the regular plate+small box. The plate seems to be smaller and shallower although great initiative moving away from styrofoam. Almond chicken was salty and noodles were not cooked well, orange chicken and Beijing beef were tasty

Have not ate here for 2 yrs because of a Bad experience.Today I went there because my grandson wanted to and I asked to taste the mushroom chicken to see if I liked it I would order. They told me NO. I said to my grandson I will have to make a complaint . A employee named Sophia turned around and gave me a dirty look. Then started talking to her co workers about me. Not at all good customer service . Once again will never eat there again.

Went in 35 minutes before closing. Most food bowls were empty and we were informed they weren't making anymore food. Seriously?? How could you be open another half hour with no food for orders?? Called customer service, Zero help. They can apparently stop making food 30 minutes BEFORE Closing. Apparently they don't care about good customer service OR Repeat customers. We will no longer be purchasing from this location. NO other location does this!! HORRID SERVICE! No one wants hour old food!

I am actually afraid to come back to this location. I haven’t been to Panda Express in years, so I finally went during my lunch break. There was a line, which I completely understand, everyone is doing their best. But what made me afraid is that I was starting to choose what I was going to order (kids meal with fried rice, chow mein, and orange chicken), then I saw one of the employees totally drop the shrimp in the fried rice (I am deathly allergic to shellfish) then use the same spoon they would the fried rice to put back the shrimp in its proper place. My face went pale and I ended up leaving. What if I didn’t catch that, and I got the fried rice without knowing it was cross contaminated, I would’ve ended up in the hospital, or worst. It was busy which I get, you’re in a rush, but please be more careful and mindful.

Well the food is good dont get me wrong , it's just the fact of if u guys are open for business , you need to have , change for every transaction you have e with a client , today the girl who charge for my food just told me that I have to have the exact change or she will round it up the total , and that not acceptable , and it's not for the 45 cents that I didn't receive back it's just not right that , when I ask her she said we don't have change today and that not the way to do business , is your responsibility to have change if u don't have it why don't you guys charge less instead , because it looks like now we are obligated to do donations or what is this ? Hopefully you guys do something about it or I may go to corporate and tell my story
