Went for lunch, broccoli cheddar soup and the turkey BLT. It was very busy. Before we ordered, they informed us they were running about 30 minutes behind on food. Cashier was so sweet. Food came out much quicker than anticipated, the manager, Guinevere, was on the line helping. (Don't you just love her name!! ❤️❤️😊) Lunch was delicious, couldn't finish everything and had to take leftovers home. We also had points for a free pastry and we bought a loaf of bread to take with us. Tables were turning over pretty quickly, staff was doing their best to stay on top of them. Will continue to support our Venice location.

Overall, The Baja Bowl is phenomenal when they actually have the ingredients in stock. It seems like a majority of the time they are out. My suggestion is to order in-store to make sure you are getting what you pay for

This place is getting overpriced and each time we go there the receipt always states one more visit for reward. This never happens its like they remove the the point so it can't be collected. The point system used to be good and rewards better, but they got greedy

We had a parent meeting at this Panera Bread for our homeschool co-op and they surprised us with a bag of goodies and some danishes for our group! The restaurant was clean and very accommodating for our group size and I was already impressed by their hospitality but the sweets topped it off. Super friendly staff and a very welcoming environment. I've always loved Panera Bread but today I love them even more ❤️

We order carryout from this location frequently. Most times it's ready when promised and as ordered. Last time it was extremely busy which led to some items ordered not being available and one item not being put in bag. When they are super busy check your bag. Love the Turkey Avocado BLT and look forward to our next one.

Kayla is awesome! You need to clone her and give her a raise! When she is there the place runs smoother. Management you need support this amazing worker!

Ordered a panini. It was great. I also decided on a cinnamon bakery good and I was delightfully surprised to receive this huge and delicious cookie shaped as a pumpkin in addition. The staff appears to want to help and take care of the customer. Enjoyed!
