I went there yesterday, Customer service was excellent by two sweet ladies. I don’t know the names but they were nice and polite.

The barista really accommodating. I just asked whether its possible to use dark roast beans type in my Americano, he said thats only for espresso. But then he just custom - drink that on the spot for me.

I get coffee from this store once a week and there is usually a line for customers to order. Very friendly staff. Bought a cup too, the vacuum insulated tumbler, works really good to keep the coffee warm for up to 4 hours. It doesn't last that long for me, since I drink my coffee in a shorter period of time. They should clean the outdoors tables more often since the weather is getting nice outside and the tables are normally very dirty.
