Freshii

Worst experience ever at this location. Ordered the teriyaki bowl and only had 3 pieces of chicken and mind you they CHARGE EXTRA to add the chicken. Little to no Cucumber and dressing. It was mostly brown rice and a ridiculous amount of wonton strips in the bowl. There was nothing fresh about eating that. A complete joke for the price. Employees act annoyed when customers walk in because they have to stop their conversation. No type of friendliness or respect. They need to acknowledge customers who walk in and be more professional.

Found a long white hair in my $18+ bowl when we brought it home! Absolutely disgusting! We’ve contacted them twice about this issue and contacted the actual Freshii customer service and they have failed to even attempt to fix this issue! We reported them to the health department as well. Will never be back here again and will advise others to not come as well! 🤮

After my past bad experience with Freshii a Grand Central, Vancouver WA and due to health conditions, today Feb. 1st, I decided to give Freshii another try at this location I never visited before. Oh wow, they have the greatest customer service! Thanks to Aaron specially! Boy you are the best. They suddenly changed my schedule at work and I asked him if it was possible to expedite my order, he didn't hesitate to say yes and off he went to start working on my dish ordered through the app. Outstanding. I had the customized bowl and everything tasted so fresh and delicious as usual. Thank you, Freshii. Kuddos to this Mill Plain location.

Ordered on postmastes. $18 burrito. I love veggies! I did the create your own... It's crazy that a handful of kale and chicken cost that much... Here is a Pic of my $25 lunch that I will make at home for $5 from now on... Maybe I should start a fresh kart and charge $12.50 and put ya out of buisness.... Rip off...
