Dunkin'

This Dunkin is hands down the BEST from Newnan, Lagrange, Opelika/Auburn AND ALL Columbus locations. I’m hands down the biggest Dunkin Junkie and I’d rather wait on a GREAT drink then be in and out with a nasty drinks. They’re usually pretty quick, though. The crew that currently works(especially early morning employees) are absolutely amazing. Always friendly, no matter the time. Thx y’all for always making my matchas perfect.

Horrible experience. 1st there was a person in line at the register, he had been there awhile, no one waited on him, so he left. Finally went up to order and I ordered 1/2 dozen doughnuts, the sign said 5.99, when she rung up the half dozen it said 7.99. I said it should be 5.99, she said no the register said 7.99. Then I mentioned this to the manager on duty and she said, well the nexf time you come in I'll give you a discount. She did not ask my name. Total disregard for the customers. Plus their receipt printers were not working so they did not give me a receipt. Poor management at this location

I ordered two large coffees, exactly the same. This is what I get. I even asked are these two the same, and she rudely said yes. Clearly they are not but I was on my way to work so I did not have time to ask them to redo them. I had to mix both of them and split them back up and they still do not even taste like they should. I am highly disappointed as going to Dunkin is usually the highlight of my day, and the whole situation this morning just ruined it.
