Sad to say I will not return.
Although everyone was very friendly and nice, my waitress did not come around to make sure our meals were good and we didn’t need anything. If she had I would have been able to tell and show her the dead fly in my salad. It was quite gross and I couldn’t finish the rest of my meal after that. It wasn’t until the very end when they were clearing our table and I had to say something to the buss boy. He then politely got the manager but then again unfortunately the manager only asked if I wanted a new salad twice instead of offering to take it off the bill when I was already done with all our food and the table was empty. I had to tell my waitress that the manager didn’t offer to take it off my bill and she had to go reask her manager. She did thankfully take the salad off my bill but unfortunately it was enough for me to not make a return.

Had a GREAT experience during dinnertime at this location. I was with a friend and her 4yr old daughter. After a LONG day of shopping, we decided to grab a bite to eat and unwind at Applebee's.
Our server, Lina, was AWESOME. She was so personable and didn't seem annoyed by a VERY tired and hungry kiddo. She said she had been called-in on her usual day off, and we're glad she was! I'd go back for her customer service ANY day.
The food was delicious. The atmosphere was quiet and laid back, and we left with full bellies and a happy kid.

Had lunch here with my mom. The hostess and server were very friendly and helpful. The chicken alfredo was delicious! As we were leaving a young man seen us out and held the door! We'll definitely be back!

Everyone was very friendly and kind they checked up on us all the time the food I ate was delicious 😋. I HOPE EVERY WAIT STAFF GETS A RAISE. The bartender Brendon was awesome. The tables had NO GUM UNDER THEM FOR ONCE!!! RYAN ABSOLUTELY NEEDS A RAISE. He was awesome kind and sweet and the donut dippers were delicious 😋. Our waiter Ryan has such a majestic beard that even the Greek gods are jealous.

Sorry to say I will not be returning.... I went out with my daughters yesterday and it was a mess. Sad to say that by waitress has to take the fault when she probably only had limited control. Dishwashers walked out, manager was serving, hostess stepped in as the buss boy and was also bringing waters to the tables. They tried to do team work but it took forever to get our food/drinks. My first margarita was great but the second one was full of ice, watered down and lacked the lime. Even the bartender was overwhelmed. It is sad, but they need help and if the help isn't there, just politely let people know that their wait will be longer instead of trying to get as many tables filled with minimal staff. Give the option to wait and receive good service instead of being seated and having a terrible experience..... just a thought. The server is the one working for their pay, everyone else is going to get paid regardless. One of my daughters.order was wrong, server said she would fix it but never got to it, my other daughter asked for no mushrooms but they were on her plate, waiter brought out another plate right away and said she grabbed the wrong plate the first time. 🤔 Asked for Little ice but when it wasn't done, server stated that she told them but they didn't do it. She was trying but what can I say?

Good food. Really slow service. Server took drink order, returned to take food order. Another server brought our food out. I had to request a beverage refill as the server walked past without ever asking how our food was. After we finished eating, it was a waiting game to get our food bill. In total, we were there close to an hour and a half for a Southwest Bowl and a Chicken Sandwich, plus two fountain drinks. The restaurant was NOT busy.

Been highly impressed the past few times my fiance and I have gone. We had sworn this location off, as everything we came they were either not excepting new consumers (2-3 hours before close) and were normally out of half their menu. They have improved ten fold!! The staff has became much more professional, they allow us in at normal hours, the food is good, and they rarely have more than 2 items out. We've been extremely happy with the improvements.

Me and my fiance went into this location for dinner. The dinner was very good, kudos to the chef. We had chosen to pay the dinner with a Mastercard, and tip with cash. Apparently our $8 cash tip wasn't enough, the meal cost $34.96 and I personally wrote *on table* in the tip line, wrote $34.96 in total line and signed the store slip, my fiance handed the cash to the waitress and we went on our way... my card was charged $41.00 so watch out they are double dipping on cards
