Wendy's

I ordered a large fresh fries with BBQ sauce and what I got wasn't the way I ordered it at all. The fries weren't fresh at all and extremely disappointed in the service and the outcome of this and they weren't hot at all and and barely any fries in there to begin with and they tasted like they have been sitting out all day and disgusting. Sat in drive thru for almost 20 minutes and there wasn't even a long line at all to begin with.

I live close by and over the last 6 years have probably visited approaching a hundred times. Deep experience with this lousy franchisee. They regularly and without-asking upsell your order to large or supersize. They don't provide receipts, so you're left driving away wondering why the charge was so much more expensive then the menu said it would be. They regularly have a hostile attitude toward their customers, especially if you ask for a receipt. Avoid at all costs.

When did the burgers become half the size as the cheese on top of them? Drive thru is craaaaazzzzyyyyy slow. & staff generally isnt very pleasant in my experience. If you're in a rush, go elsewhere or go in. & make sure you check your food before you drive away. Personally, I think wendy's has gotten expensive for being fast food. I do like they're food generally though. Not a fan on their practice of cooking the bacon til it's crispy, but what're ya gonna do there. Like I said, usually pleased with the food, no big complaints there. Love their baked potatoes. Some of their breakfast sandwiches are a little funky tasting though, they've got some work to do there. The chicken one is great however.

It doesn't even deserve a half of a star. The customer service is horrible and all the night crew employees should be fired. They ignore you they give you dirty looks and they don't take your order. I will never go to this Wendy's again or probably not another Wendy's at all. I ended up pulling away and going to McDonald's.
