I’ve been a customer for years and used Hubbell Ave location. Love them. Relocated to Urbandale. We ordered Scoobie Snacks. They arrived luke warm , burned and filling was so skimpy it was terrible. I called and manager said I will do a return. Your credit will be returning to your card 10 days later I called again and was told it was credited. Still waiting! Very upset.. So I was called by the book keeper as she was adamant that the money taken from for this terribly poor product was indeed returned without a question of doubt. Kind of like the store manager pretty much calling me a liar . He said “ My driver is the best!” He wouldn’t deliver you a bad product. So I’ve pretty much been called a liar from the book keeper on down to the store manager.. Still waiting for credit to this day. It’s the (principle)

This pizza is always delicious and full of toppings! The famous Parmesan ‘tasty’ crust has just the right crispy to chewy ratio, to make it stand out as one of my favorite pizza places.
If you haven’t had a ‘Scooby snack’, it’s a must try! Load it with your favorite toppings and enjoy this one of a kind treat.
Not a pizza night- they have a variety of pasta dishes along with a variety of wings. Just add one of their yummy desserts, a 2 - liter, and dinner (or lunch) is served!
The crew is always friendly and helpful, so if you can’t decide they always have deals , just ask.

I had not eaten Northern Lights in many, many years. To be brutally honest, I only tried them this time, because Pizza Hut wasn’t delivering in this moderate snow storm. I was pleasantly surprised at their delivery time and pizza quality.
Firstly, the order taker said it would take approximately 90 minutes. I thought, fine, but maybe I’d get lucky. Well, we did get lucky with the delivery and the pizza itself. A piping hot, okay, very warm pizza, was here in about 45 minutes.
The driver was courteous, so I tipped him about 25% on a very cold night reminiscent of, let’s just say, of a STAY HOME UNLESS YOU MUST GO OUT NIGHT.
The large sausage pizza wasn’t that large, but it was very good. Even my picky spouse enjoyed it. The crust was crispy, but buttery. The sausage was fresh, the sauce appropriately tangy and the cheese gooey. The only small issue I had was with their pricing tiers. It was about $17 (I think, that included delivery). Northern Lights is a bit costly and I didn’t see any specials that were not targeting large groups or families. They basically want you to spend around $30 for pizza, pop, appetizers & dessert.
Look, I get it, but no thanks. We just wanted a basic pizza for around $11. Pizza Hut can usually provide a no-frills pie for that amount. Certainly, Northern Lights ingredients were a bit more inspiring though, and I won’t throw away their omnipresent coupons again!

Literally the worst most Bland Pizza I have ever ate! Point blank waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes for it to be delivered, would have been worth the wait if it actually tasted like anything flavored/seasoned, I mean seriously they make frozen $2 pizza that tastes far better then this. Hands down major disappointment and I don't recommend wasting your money here.

Really like the pizza, but this location needs to improve their time estimates. The last two times we ordered for pickup the pizza wasn't even close to being done at the 25 minute estimate. Like, not even in the oven, yet. These were on random weekdays, too.

I order lunch from Northern Lights Pizza often for our corporate events. Excellent delivery service and I have never had a complaint. Customers love the selections and options.

Most of the food was good. Scooby snack was good. Chicken dippers good. Was missing bbq sauce. But for the second time I have received a very sorry excuse for a cheese stix. It was 30 to 40 percent crust with no cheese or banana peppers. The parts that had toppings were very light. As someone who has worked as a manager in this store I hope after reading this some changes are made. Don't get me wrong the service, from beginning to end was great. Just gotta work on those cheese stix.
