El Tapatio

We went here to sit outside and told that the patio was closed. Directly after we were seated in the back corner they seated a group outside. The view from our seat was of a overflowing dumpster with birds picking trash out of it. I got a chili relleno which was mealy and disgusting. Our server was nice but pretty much quit coming back after we got our food.

Stopped in at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. Received the complementary chips and salsa but immediately ordered some queso cheese dip. I should.have just tasted the salsa. Wow, it was fantastic. I ordered what I normally do. Beef burrito and a beef taco. Tacos in my opinion are always little questionable of whether I will like them or not but being this is my first visit, I had to give them a shot. The hard taco shell was very crispy with great flavor. I don't know if they make them at the restaurant or not but they were very very good. They were filled over 50% with beef and just a little lettuce and cheese to cover the top. The service was adequate, I never ran out of chips nor drink. I'll definitely go back a second time.
