Food is good but lady in the front can be rude unless you know her. I was standing just waiting for my food and she gave me attitude just because I was waiting around before I got a notification that my order was ready. There was no one else around and I wasn't bothering anyone. Even from other past times, in the past couple of years just bad vibes from her. She needs to be let go because I see other people have the same complain. LIKE COME ON.

Food is good but the customer service really spoils the experience. THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN! First off the staff there looks really miserable. They are always upset with each other especially in the back kitchen. When I went to go pick up my food that was on a rack the lady asked what my name was and it seem like she was having trouble getting the bag to push it my side and my girlfriend tried to help her pull it towards us and she started yelling at us that we cannot touch the bag. 1. It’s my fricking food that I paid for. 2. You look like u needed help getting the bag off the rack since. Your having trouble.3 I’ve never seen you here so you must be new all students are use to just taking their food off the shelf so it must be a new rule. 4 if you don’t want people to touch the bags even when u need help then put a sign there so we know. Us college students go though enough stress already no need for ur negative attitude. REMEMBER you work in a university service students and other visitors. WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS you wouldn’t be here! Smashburger @kean fix your staff with attitudes we deserve better

The guy working cashier was cool but the woman who was giving out the food was rather rude. I asked for some sauce and the lady said okay step back and wait with attitude. Waited 15 minutes while I watched her get stuff like ice for a woman's drink . There was no food ready and no line . She just neglected to give me my damn sauce . Food was okay but damn the staff needs to improve .
