This location does not deserve ONE star. The staff is extremely rude and does not accommodate customers requests when asked. I went thru the drive through roughly 9:00 PM Sunday night and was given the worst customer service ever. The girl at the window taking the payment and handing the food was the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! This company does not need nor deserve an employee like her. She was disrespectful and refused to provide us with the proper items we ordered. She was listening to music and kept interrupting us when we were asking her questions abut our meal. Management needs to definitely get rid of her. Our meal was even worst. One of our items was the Nashville chicken tenders and it was TERRIBLE. (PIC below) Tasted burned, old, and stale. Also ordered a KCF bowl and only had FOUR pieces of popcorn chicken!!!!!

I am so ANGRY with this KFC in Union City. I usually go to Zaxby's but they wasn't open, and so I thought I would try KFC since it's been a while since I ate there. I paid for a 3 pc chicken not a 2 pc and they even cheated me with the mac and cheese by not filling it up. They didn't answer the phone when I called. I will NEVER go back to this KFC ever again. If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I would! This is unacceptable! I suggest you check your food before you leave if you ever decide to eat here.

I pull up to drive thru around 6:30pm
I order 2 pot pies. They yelled thru
Mic said I only have one I said ok let me get and chicken sandwich
with that. I reached home ready to eat my pot pie it's was dry and hard there was no filling inside. Seem as though we're spending money on non-sense
I will be contacting corporate on Monday morning. I rather spend my money where customer service appreciate you just for coming by. No answer made several attempts to reach someone no answer.

If I could give 0 stars I would . From first ordering from the drive thru my experience was terrible . They have signs up promoting combos that aren’t even available yet then act like it’s your fault they put the sign up early . I order something else and get an extra side and the cashier ask me do I want to add the side since it comes with one and I said yes add it . I get to pay and they don’t have any change but she doesn’t tell me that till after she has taken my money and shorted me 61cents . It’s only 61cents but it’s the principle for me . Can I be 61cents short and still get my food , no . I tell her just give my cash back and I’ll use Apple Pay or a card . She claims she can’t open the drawer . They tell me to pull forward and the manager will bring it out. Her manager gets her son or grandson I’m not sure just some little kid to bring me my change out . He then returns and brings me my food out on the second trip . I didn’t know KFC allowed children who are not employees to handle food . Finally when I get my food the cashier never added the side that she specifically asked me did I want to add . I proceeded to have to get out the car and go inside and at that point I just wanted a full refund . I will not give my business to this KFC ever again. And finally when I’m leaving the manager says “ Oh it’s way too early in the morning for this shit” like I’m the problem . If you got the order right and had some decent customer service people might be more understanding . Don’t waste your money here

This location is convenient. However, the service is whack. When you walk in just be prepared to stand there until someone decides to take care of customers standing at the counter. I would prefer to go to another KFC but this one is 10 minutes from my house.

I'm giving this site One ⭐ because it's the lowest I can get for the presentation of the food. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The only thing that was fresh was the condiments (hot sauce)(ketchup) and they're in the packets. Food was cold meaning they didn't care..10$+ for some Bullshitttttttttt. Never Again.

Good afternoon I just wanted to address that even though this location is convenient for me they’re always messing my order up. I literally just left about 15 minutes ago today now I’m home and we’re missing items that I paid for but aren’t in the bag. Just tried calling them and the phone just keeps ringing might just have to find a different location since this is always happening.
