Steak 'n Shake

So they just give you what they want you to have I guess. I ordered a garlic burger with one patty, cheese, lettuce,tomato and onion NO BACON! Repeated the order 3 times. What do I get? Garlic burger 1 patty,cheese, and tomato with extra bacon!!! I can't even eat the hamburger because I can't eat the bacon. The wait is so disrespectful in the drive thru going back is not an option. What cluster.

I normally don't write reviews unless it's super bad but for here I had to write something down for it. I went through the drive thru but it took forever to get around to get my food. But I couldn't be mad because I understand it's short staff around a lot of places especially when I work in the food area myself. I would have gave four stars but the reason it's two is because when I got my bag it was so wet that the food literally bust through it when I had put it in the car. Luckily my sister was there to catch the food. Also the bag was super cold. Like the food was just thrown in the bag without any type of cooking at all to it. Overall the cold food, the little wait and the bag busting open has made this a disappointing experience. I give two stars though because the lady who handed my food was super nice though!

VERY nice staff and food was great but management should be held accountable for having the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've come across in years (as in, a national chain that should maintain a decent standard). It wasn't just "they haven't sweeped/mopped recently" either. Inside the restaurant was gross, the bathrooms (both men's and women's were bad), and there was tons of trash outside as well that didn't just blow in over the previous few days. Again, the staff were great and doing their best to keep up with orders and did it with such pleasantness. I'll take this as a one-off for Steak'n'Shake but it should be looked into either way.
