I visited Samart Sweets in Ullasnagar last week, known as the oldest and most famous sweet shop in the area. While the quality of their sweets was undeniably good, I found the overall experience somewhat overrated. In today's times, it's crucial for any establishment, especially one dealing with food, to maintain a high level of cleanliness. Another inconvenience was their refusal to accept online payments. In an era where digital transactions are prevalent, this policy seemed outdated and inconvenient. In summary, Samart Sweets offers delicious sweets, but it falls short in terms of hygiene and modern payment methods, making it less appealing than expected.
