Great customer service. The call center messed up communication but this Pizza Hut insisted on giving me $20 store credit to make up for the long wait. Perfect pizza and fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Delivery. This happens often: either I do not receive it or like today receive incorrectly -- got a red pepper mini rather than the Parmesan mini I ordered. (Atmosphere N/A)

They replaced a pizza, that I'm sure was accidentally placed or mixed up. BUT THEY REPLACED IT, AND IT WAS CORRECT AND FANTASTIC!! They guy that answered the phone and took my order was wonderful. The driver was very professional and quick. My pizza was absolutely fantastic, and hot when I received it.

Never was a huge Pizza Hut fan. However, Pizza Hut @31st and Memorial (Tulsa, Ok) is doing big things. My order was correct with everything I ordered done right. The delivery driver was almost 5 minutes earlier than promised and he presented well. Way to go, Pizza Hut!

Had a minor mixup with the order, GF called the store and waited just a couple min before speaking to the manager who immediately solved the issue for us. Incredibly satisfied with the Interaction overall. Food was delicious as always!

This has been the best Pizza Hut that we have ate at in a long time, the one in North Tulsa needs to learn from this store. That other store is rude and they half the time argue with you they don't have something because they don't want to cook it. And at times they won't answer the call when you try to call bc they are lazy. Oh, one time they answered it and said we aren't taking any orders and hung up. So, thank you so much for showing us better.

I have to say they made the pizzas and cinnamon sticks the best I have ever had any Pizza Hut make them, delivered quickly but I was within a half mile radius so that’s to be expected. I just couldn’t get over how perfect they made the pizzas when I’m the customer who always tries to order extra cheese and extra cinnamon on the cinnamon sticks, I didn’t order anything extra this time and it came out perfect from this Pizza Hut :)
