Mazzios

I am posting this instead of my wife since I picked up the pizza. Here's what happened. We ordered online at the 51 and Sheridan location. Waited 30 minutes and then arrived to pick up our food. This location is slammed at lunch - I get it been dealing with this for 30 years. When they finally got to me they had either not gotten the order or missed the order coming through. They took my money and I had to wait another 45 mins. They had a total of 2 people working there. One cashier and one pizza maker. I also know people don't want to work. If I ran my business like these folks do no one would ever come back. If you don't have staff don't open especially if you are in the food business. I'm awaiting a call from the regional manager Anthony. I doubt he'll call after my conversation with the online manager. There are plenty of Pizza joints in Tulsa. I plan to move on and not return to Mazzio's. Ken Selby is likely rolling over in his grave right now.

Let’s just say after almost 50 years in Choctaw, OK it’s sad corporate can’t invest in this building. Maybe that’s why I visit only a few times each year. The interior is still the 80’s. And this is a $17 pizza today, old dough terrible. Corporate you owe it to the patrons of Choctaw to fix it. Solution to patrons, go to Moore OK and visit Oliveto’s which is owned by Mazzios and visit after 8pm for the half price appetizers and pizza, so so much better quality!

Don't order from this location. I ordereda Calderone at 11:32 called back at q2:=× to find out what happened to my order and the person who was supposed to put it in the computer forgot to do it. So I ordered it again. When it finally got here it was ice cold and burnt. When I called them to report the horrible product they refused to replace it and refused to refund my money. After about 15 minutes, someone showed up at my door with another Calderone and expected me to pay for it! Even though I showed it to her she said I had to pay again. I will never do buis with mazzios at this location, and probably at any of the locations ever again. Its not the money, its the principle. You dont treat customers who give e you a lot of business like this. They don't deserve even one star.

Stopped at guymon mazzios ordered salad bar and found it to be about half empty. A group of employees 4 to be exact were standing and visiting when I asked about empty things that group went to backroom to continue loafing, they must get paid by the hour. Also the sanitizer was empty and I was told they were out. A young man was doing all the work while a group of teenage who appeared to be foreigners just stood around like they don't have to work.

The service was terrible. The Ada, Oklahoma business is appaling. I never recieved the food I ordered. The skeleton crew was overwhelmed. The salad bar was pathetic. My recommendation is to raise the caliber of employees as they appeared unkempt and dirty. I will never go back. I would drug test every employee and fire them on the spot upon a positive result.
