They are understaffed and need help. Great service by the lone employee working 10 orders himself.

Lovely food, and great people, but they only have one sandwich maker who has to apparently clean all the tables in the lobby and make all the sandwiches so it definitely lacks in a timely fashion and alot of stuff is delayed due to lack of workers inside. Lovely workers who do work here but I feel like they should have at least 2 employees inside not just one guy who has to do everything while the others are out delivering, very weird and penny pincher esque...

The best thing about Jimmy John's is there system is spot on. Even when the service isn't the best you get a consistently perfect sandwich. I will definitely try this location again as I'm sure the service was only off because they only had one employee working.

Greeted when we came in, order taken immediately. Order filled quickly. Tables marked for distancing. Place clean. Food was good.

Mother in law came from out of town and wanted to try Jimmy Johns. We ordered a large amount of "Boxed lunches", the order got messed up somewhere down the line but "Isaac" was more than happy to fix our order. The sandwiches are kind of pricey but the customer service made it worth it.

Its nothing like subway or Quiznos, better quality meat the only downside for some may be not being toasted but I assure you this doesn't need to be. Its delicious from start to finish, and don't forget the big pickle at the end.

She worked tirelessly alone, manning the store like a soldier. She was superb at her job. She didn't mind working alone because she is a beast at her job. I have trouble remembering names but on 9-5-19 she was the only employee I seen. So management tell her good job and she deserves a small raise to say thank you. I love Jimmy John's, sorry Subway it speaks for itself.

Their online order system was down and when I called in to order over the phone they were still having technical difficulties. I was on hold for maybe a minute and their computers were being slow when I was checking out. Just to be nice, they gave me my order for free even though I wasn't inconvenienced at all by waiting for probably 3 minutes in total. They have great customer service and the food is delicious too!

Have always had great service and respectful people. Orders have always been correct and taste great! I've even had delivery a few times and they really are fast! I like it so much I think I'm going to order a sandwich right now!
