Albert G's Bar-b-q

If you enjoy BBQ, all kinds, then know this is really good Oklahoma BBQ. Delicious sliced brisket and pulled pork. Fresh never frozen fried okra. Coleslaw made in house. And it's very reasonably priced to boot. We split a $17 two meat meal and pushed back from the table stuffed! I'll definitely be back! (Sorry I forgot to take a photo.)

Went for dinner with family to celebrate a birthday and had a terrific experience: prompt service, great food and the owner Oliver was very nice, locating the game we wanted to watch on the tv and making sure everything was good. Sadly later that night l realized we had accidentally left behind on the table a gift envelope with some cash in it. I called the next day and Oliver said he had found it and would happily to return it to me. Not only is the honesty much appreciated, the fact that he was detailed enough to see it rather than easily tossing it with the trash tells me they pay attention! Thank you to this restaurant for the recovery and kindness. A Tulsa treasure ❤️💙💛 Also: looove their sauce! The smoked chicken and ribs are divine 🤤

This was an awesome spot to visit. The barbecue sauce was good. The sides were solid. I would recommend the tabouli which seemed an odd choice at the time. The meat was pretty tasty. Though the service was a stand out, especially considering the layout and flow of the restaurant. They were super nice and very helpful. I wish I would have bought more meats, but it just gives me an excuse to go back. We went around seven, and I bet everything would have been even better earlier in the day. Considering a lot of the other barbecue restaurants will close earlier I think this is a solid evening choice if you want to avoid a chain restaurant.

I was recommended Albert G's by a friend who had been traveling through Tulsa. They thought the food was some of the best bbq they had tried. My husband and I tried the lunch special, which was a 2 meat sandwich with a side and drink. It is definitely some of the best bbq I have tried. I wasn't a big fan of the beans, but that is a personal preference. My husband had the sweet potato waffle fries, which he said were very good. Service was extremely fast. The food was ready by the time we found a seat. The establishment itself was very clean, and they had clean bathrooms. My only critique was the seating felt limited. That probably can't be helped because of location and they have a lot of customers. We couldn't find a trash can to throw away trash, so we had to leave our items at the table to be cleaned. It had that restaurant feel without someone coming to wait on you. Overall, I would definitely recommend Albert G's and plan to go back.
