Dunkin'

Today 11/9 at 2:45pm I ordered a tea with lemon and honey. I got a tea with lemon and sugar when I asked the girl for honey she rudely said no honey and walked away. Another woman came by and I asked her do you not have honey (because I couldn’t completly understand what the first one said) she said no we don’t have honey atleast she had the decency of speaking to me and not walking away. Had I known you didn’t carry honey I would of went somewhere else for my tea. The first woman was extremely rude and should not be helping the public. Go upstairs to Starbucks

I would put 0 if possible. I only go here because I work in the mall it’s the easiest. Every time I go the coffee is NEVER good. Always taste like hot milk even when I get 1 cream. I tried seeing if they could make tea any better and it’s the same thing. Hot milk. They are always rude there, on their phones, dirty looks, rude remarks. Need to find better staff.

0 out of 10 . I stop at Dunkin almost every day bec/ I work in the mall. Aysha is very rude and disrespectful. She try’s to rush and when I used the wrong card she yelled to her co worker so everyone can hear “ cancel the order it declined broke he has no money cancel the order “ . Came back 15 min later and Gave me the old melted drink.
