Dunkin'

Usually I come early in the morning to get a green tea and something to eat with a large cup of ice. Well, today I did as usual and had my cup of ice. Usually I let it melt enough and then eat whatever didn’t melt. But today as I was eating the ice I noticed that it smelled kind of fishy and had white fleck floating in it🤮! I almost died when I saw it. I can’t even believe what I saw. Then to call them so I can inform them of my findings was impossible. 😕

This location is in a small mall with its own entrance on first floor. (There's no drive thru) Parking lot is huge but there's no parking in front of dunkin itself. With that said many people throughout the day park in the fire zone right in front in the traffic flow. (Little walk won't hurt most, Sorry it's a pet peeve of mine) obviously during busy holiday shopping times this can become annoying. This store is busy and small. Staff does do great job moving people in and out quickly but orders, how are you today, condiment area and such can be lacking.

Unbelievably poor service at this Dunkin' Donuts if there was Zero Stars that's the score they would have gotten. There were two people working behind the counter a young lady and a gentleman who calls himself Kush. Of course he wasn't wearing a name tag. All I was looking for was one small coffee. I wasn't asking for a 3 course meal. I walked into the store at 20 minutes after 9 in the evening. They close at 10 p.m. I manage a store for a different company and if I ever pulled something like this person did and his coworker I wouldn't have a job much longer. It's freaking coffee! Make the customer a cup of coffee. Where is customer service these days?? This location has got an F for a grade! I think some retraining is do for the people closing the store because right before me there was a gentleman who also got turned away for a cup of coffee. Disgraceful!
