Rude, impatient worker in the drive thru for you to still have to wait half an hour or longer for your food. "Is that all?" after every order was read off (ordering for a family) if it was all we'd say that was all. Training on customer service and organization is needed. Don't rush us through the drive through just to sit here and wait. And it's not even packed!

HORRIBLE!!!!! Albemarle/ WT Harris location food service is AWFUL!!!! Unorganized at drive through window and food NOT fresh at all! Misleading ads in their food products. See pictures below! Needless to say all food went into the trash can. Sadly no receipt was given either so can’t go get refund 🤬 Will stop by tomorrow and show manager pics and videos taken before throwing out into trash can. 🤢🤮

Waiting a hour in drive thru on 6/5/2022 around 12 o'clock for some half burnt biscuits, why is it ok in the black community for us to give each poor service? those same individuals working at this bojangles would be extremely mad if they visited a establishment and received half burnt food they bought for there children so why is it ok for mine?

This Bojangles is under construction. And by what I see only the drive through is open. I’ve waited for an hour to get to the window to even order. If your sole focus is drive through then they need to be faster. Gas is at an all time high for sitting this long. Get it together

The service good today. I did not have to wait to long, the only reason why o had to wait was for some hot fresh fries. They was under staff, and the food was good.

I come to this location frequently. If my food is not fresh, they always are nice about it and make it over for me. I don’t leave without checking my food first! Anywhere! They seem to be short staffed but no customer service issues.

I went to this Bojangles around 3:00pm when no other cars were in the drive through. I ordered a Bo's chicken sandwich combo with fries. It took over ten minutes to get my meal. When I did, the chicken sandwich had no mayo, no pickles, an overcooked piece of chicken, a hard bun, and cheese (which it does not come with). I also did not get a straw with my drink. Prepare to be disappointed if you go here.

It been a LONGGG!!!!!! time since I had Bojangles like this! The management and team was on point. Biscuits hot!, Chicken so hot it was burning my legs..Hello!! And that old Cajun flavor that they are known for was very present. Shot out to the cook on duty 5/15/22 around 3:45pm...:)
