My husband bought two boxes of these fries. We had to scrape the salt off of them and still couldn't eat them because they were too salty.
On the brighter side I give the chicken sandwich a 4 rating.

We were at the Troy KFC 7/30/22. We were not able to use the coupon booklet I received at the vandalia location. The manager was very nice in explaining why their store cannot honor the coupons. Is it possible to print on the coupon booklets which location that can only honor them? Thanks for your time.

I tried calling the Troy store, but connection was impossible. My husband and I have enjoyed KFC at least twice a month for several years and have preferred it to other chicken restaurants, but tonight, I was very disappointed. The coleslaw, which I consider to be the best, had very little dressing on it; the lemonade was almost just water; and on top of that, it cost me more than ever before. Sorry to give this review publicly, but if the person at the restaurant had tried to speak to me, I would have kept it personal.

The chicken was greasy, and we ordered the extra crispy. The employees were more concerned about what was happening that night than helping customers. They do not allow dining in.

The staff wasn't friendly. The biscuit under cooked and for a 3 piece tender they picked out obes that should count as nuggets. Horrible experience

Didn't have any chicken except for wings so the guy said. Then someone else came on and sad we'll we do have one leg... If I wanted wings I would go to BW3'S. WE LEFT WITH NOTHING

Was so disappointed with the chicken. So little chicken and so much topping. I had about 3 bites of chicken on the thigh part. The rest was topping. Potatoes and gravy was so salty. KFC was so good years ago.
