Tim Hortons

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese bagel, which was good and pretty warm. The donut i ordered as good as well. The ice capp was gross. I ordered a mocha and it has a weird medicinal and cinnamon taste to it. But I was too far down the road to get a new one by the time I tasted it. The worst part of this was the 20-25 minute wait in the drive thru line. I'd rather get similar food and drinks at places that are quicker than a dine in restaurant. I thought it would be quick and good for my lunch break, but I was more disappointed than satisfied.

I love that the locally owned Tim Hortons bought this one, saves me a trip into town every morning. However, just like when this location was owned by Tim Hortons corporate, the coffee just tastes old burnt and bitter. I have gave it a good month to let them get their stuff straight but I will have to brave the long lines but consistent coffee from the downtown location.

This location never gets our order correct. We've been there at least a dozen times and are extremely unhappy. Cold coffee, burnt coffee, wrong sugar/cream amounts added. Prepare food incorrectly. Have to repeat myself over speaker several times every visit. It's annoying. The location is convenient for us when heading to the highway but I'm now driving across town because the other store doesn't goof up. We have excellent service in Sidney and great food fast. They even know us by name we frequent so much. Someone needs to fix this Troy location.

Store was clean and staff was very friendly at this location! I just wish Tim Horton's had more signage off of I-75 north and south! When I'm traveling, having to ask Google for the closest Tim Horton's location is frustrating. And not to accurate at times with the map quest. Seeing a sign posted with other local restaurants is more convenient and safe for driving.

I visited this morning around 6:45 am and got my mom a jelly filled donut. She can’t have extreme amounts of sugar so she only eats about half of a donut but as she bit into the donut she didn’t find any jelly after a couple of bites. She ripped open the donut to find this tiny speck of jelly, which is ridiculous 🙄 my mom and I don’t visit this location as is because of several messed up orders and I thought I might try it again, but I was wrong.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I confirm other bad reviews. You have to repeat your order over the speaker several times and then your order is incorrect and items are omitted. They never have Tim Horton staples available. I haven’t figured out if they just keep minimal supplies on hand or if the help just doesn’t want to prepare what you ask for. This review comes from multiple experiences. It’s worth the drive to the next Tim’s!
