Dunkin' Donuts

Every time I come to Dunkin later in the day it seems to always be the light skinned girl I believe her name is Destiny, but let me tell you for her being here a lot she sure does an amazing job. Never had an issue with my orders and she is always so respectful and seems so happy. Shes very nice and sweet. Hope this young lady is being noticed my her managers. I give her a 5 star!!!

Arrived at DD at 4:48pm on a Sunday, not knowing it closed at 5pm. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and began to order a hot sandwich. I was then told the ovens had already been turned off for the day and they couldn’t make me one. I then proceeded to order a few donuts. Nope, couldn’t have those either, I was told they had already been thrown out for the day. I said so technically you closed early. The woman proceeded to argue with me that they were closing in 5 minutes. I corrected her and said you actually close in 12 minutes it’s only 4:48. I then stated to her that she’d taken it upon yourself to throw out inventory and shut down the ovens and coffee makers early basically leaving the establishment unable to serve customers. She didn’t seem to care what so ever. I will not be returning to DD on Oakwood.

Went today at 11am to the drive thru, I was asked to wait, which I didn’t mind. Only 2 cars in front of me and 5 minutes later still no service. Not a problem, I went to go inside and the inside is closed for take out! What kind of operation is this? I understand and respect COVID-19 obstacles, but if you’re going to be open be open and staffed to help your customers. All I wanted was 1 donut.
