Particularly the young man doing such a good job of keeping every inch of the place clean. He brought up our trays and even stuck up my little boys pictures. Great service even though there was a steady stream through the doors and drive thru

I think all workers do a great job in their own way everyone is different I’m saying the food and service and atmosphere is Fantastic. The one thing I do know people should say something nice about Mcdonalds in Trowbridge and please say something positive thank you . I believe in Diversity

This McDonald's was fine, they forgot some times from my order but gave me the missing items when I asked at the till

The food was piping hot, freshly cooked, and of the usual high standard. The service at Chippenham McDonald's is always friendly and courteous ,even at the busiest times. The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, as you would expect at lunchtime during school holidays. Its a fast food experience which usually is exactly that.

They need to focus on offering service. They completely omitted the first thing I ordered. Fast food is an art if done properly, a calamity when the team are faffing about.

Our table needed wiping but when I asked Lisa was more than happy to help us. She was polite and apologetic and made it not matter.

Fancied some fast food so thought I'd try this place for a change. Extremely slow service from the start. Used the self service option but the staff seemed more concerned with either drive thru or delivery orders. Our three meals came in installments, sat on the tray while the girl at the till seemed to let everyone else get their fries. They also seemed to be more interested in one of the lads working there as we could clearly hear them getting reprimanded by a supervisor. You would probably be better off trying somewhere else.

On a day trip to the area my son took me to McDonald's for lunch. We had the 2 beefburgers burger with bacon meal plus a chocolate milkshake. Absolutely delicious! Long queue which moved quickly. Very impressed! (am not a McDonald's customer usually but think I will visit again).
