We had a great experience at Starbucks at Bathurst and Sheppard. Al and Jerik were very helpful and kind to us. They are great employees.

This location is usually great but one employee soured my last two visits there. The first time I was paying attention and saw them put a drink on the counter but didn’t hear my name called. They then left for break of end of shift. After a while I checked and realized it was my drink. Today, I was next in line while they were working the register. They were talking to another customer about school. They saw me and gave me a nod as if to say “just a moment sir”. I waited but they just kept talking about school. I’m a patient man but I can’t stand waiting while someone needlessly wasted my time so I left. Maybe it’s time I made the location at Dufferin and Rimrock my regular Starbucks

One of the best Starbucks in town. Coffee quality always constant, great team welcomes you with big smile. Quick and efficient service. I really like their flats whittle, it is worth me to drive 5 kilometers to enjoy this incredible drink.

I’ve been going here for years and the service is always great! I love that they play music as it really brings the cafe vibes alive, and the baristas try their best to keep the line moving while keeping customers happy. Going here makes my day :>

My first time at this location and it didn't disappoint. There was already a group of 4 in front of me, still deciding what to order. The wait time wasn't long at all, approx 5-7 min, although the manager apologized on the group's behalf. I appreciated his professional work ethic. Definitely will be coming back!
