Well, the place was saved by a very kind waitress. It is quite busy in the morning. There are lots of options to choose from for breakfast or brunch. Service is quite fast (not all tables were properly cleaned though), interior is very simple. Meals are quite good, although my home potatoes evidently were not very fresh (heated and not properly- quite cold in some places).

Very friendly staff. Always is our weekend brunch choices. When my baby was little and she spilled her juice, the waitress there will give her a new one with a cap on the cup. Food tastes also good. I like the selections there too.

Food was just OK. The service was great. The main reason I am giving a 2 star review is the lack of gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options. No gluten free bread, and no dairy free milks for coffees. Its 2022, this is a bare minimum for restaurants to accommodate. Please add this to your menu!

Descent enough place for all day breakfast, place was busy which is a good sign. Portions were good. My only critic was the coffee, I really judge a place by how good the coffee is. Its not that hard to supply good coffee. The coffee here didn't pass for me. I know everyone is different. it was ok. I was just at another restaurant earlier this same day, had breakfast there, coffee was amazing. Only reason I ended up here at eggsmart was my daughter finished an exam and hadn't eaten yet, and my car was parked next to this place. So we came here.

Steak and eggs. Fair price, good size portions. Good service without hanging over you. Steak had to be medium or rare, order system could not handle medium-rare.
