Happy's Pizza

Pizza tasted ok. Missing feta, extra cheese and crust topper. Lite on other toppings. Ordered cheese bread, got cheese sticks which were cold and hard. Happys needs to pay more attention to their food making. Their food can be good if done right. Oh, and driver didn't have food in a hot bag. Explains why it wasn't hot.

When I called to order two extra large pizzas and two stuffed cheese breads they told me that it would only take 45 minutes to an hour I called them an hour and a half later asking where my pizza was they said while he’s pulling up right now. Got the pizza and one of the boxes were smashed and the other one was dented both pizzas were cold and so was the stuff cheese bread. I then called them back again asked to speak with the manager but they said that the manager was not there and they refused to remake my food due to them being very busy and it was super cold outside! Very upset with Happys probably won’t order from them again

I ordered a small blt pizza and it was cold. I waited for like an hour and half for my pizza then it was cold I'm very upset. I called back and they told me that they had to come back and get the pizza in order for my to get a refund so I told them to come get it. I waited 30 minutes for him to come get the pizza. He never showed up so I called back and I do have to say the person answering the phones did give me a refund but the driver had a non employee in his car. Very unprofessional. They don't even deserve one star

Update: December 31, 2019. Tried them again. Spent $52.95 on wings, rib tips and ribs. Most of the wings had most of the breading missing and the rib tips was uneatable. They was rock hard and dried out. I wouldn't give their food to a dog. It might kill it. I made a order at 8:30 and I didn't get it until after 10pm. That was the 4th time it happened. So my order was very late and food cold. Then to top it off part of my order was missing. I feel bad for the drivers. They told me to call when my order came to speak to the driver. After being on hold for 15 minutes they told the driver to give me $5 off not knowing part of the order was missing. Which I found out and lucky for me the driver was still outside. I called him back to show my order was missing something. So another call was made after another long hold time someone put a manager on. I guess he was just as fed up as me and said give her the order for free and it was almost 11pm. They have need more drivers or stop having 1 driver have to many deliveries. Lucky for them I have a teen who really wanted some wings. When they only discounted $5 for a order that was over a hour late. I was going to tell them to keep it. Sad customer service. My recipt is at 9:45pm over a hour from when it got ordered. It had not left for delivery yet.

Ordered via door dash. Entire order was wrong. I ordered a sub, stuffed pizza sticks and chili cheese fries and got a 6 price motz and a fold over instead of a sub. Itwas a giant pizza filed over. Didn't even taste good. I feel pretty ripped off. I goty money back from door dash but I would not recommend at night at least. Tldr: was given the wrong food, missing items, and lackluster tatse.

Worse place ever. I ordered from here twice thinking the first time was just a mistake. My second order was even worse I got the wrong food that was cold, then drove back up there for them to give me the right food that was also ice cold. Will never order from them again. They make my home town look bad.
