Where do I begin?
Went yesterday and when the girl was taking my order she rudely kept asking me "is that everything?" ,even after my very first item I ordered, not only that but she constantly was screwing up my order.
Upon recieving my food she had forgot serveral of my item, and the items that I did get were cold and we were stuck warming them up at home.
Keep in mind that we were the only ones there for 5 to 10 minutes, and they EASILY were fully staffed, there were probably 5 or 6 crew members and they were all standing around BSing and one girl was even eating ice cream in the kitchen (wonder what the health dept has to say about that?). There's no excuse for this poor of service with a full team serving two people.

Horrible service. Been in line for over 10 min and tried to remember why I don't come here and oh it's how long it takes! And not to mention I paid $19 and some change for one adult meal and 2 kids meals seriously. It's not even that good. Now I'm writing this to remind myself why I never come here. Horrible in every way the food was luke warm at best and got the kids drinks with soda all down the side and onion rings that were soggy not even close to being done soggy is not the right word it's more like mush it was nasty.

Best experience I've had at Burger King. Server was delightful! Just even cracked some jokes with me. Clean service. The ordering speaker area could use some focus as it is looking beat up. Food is exactly as ordered, good temperature, taste, and texture. Perfect!

Workers are eating fries right off the fries station (literally stuck her hand where the fries are put) another worker walking around food stations coughing barely coving her mouth. Smh slow service.

Wonderful place to stop. Manager Brianna was super kind and helpful. I stopped out a week ago and had initial rough experience. Maybe it was a bad night for the crew then, I am not sure, but the manager and owner looked into this and did everything possible to make things right and treat me very respectful. I felt spoiled by Brianna's kindness. I stopped out during a busy lunch on sunday at 1pm and the place was clean and organized. Thank you for making things right and being a great Burger King. Praise God your manager is a saved Christian woman as well. Christ is shining thru her.

I’m sorry but please get orders correct! When you order two meals and a side of onion rings you shouldn’t get two sandwiches and a bag o onion rings.

They gave us all old food while making fresh for those in the drive thru. Shorted a patty on one of the burgers, cheese wasn't even melted or had any sign of a attemp to melt and didn't give my cheesy tots. Also felt like I had food poisoning 4 hrs after only eating a few bits. Threw it all away everything was so old
