Ordered a Dave's double. Recieved a single (cold). Ordered a kids meal and had to wait for fries. Got home and it wasn't a full order. Heard an employee tell the manager he only had 8 nuggets. I Ordered a 10pc. They were also cold and they added 2 spicy nuggets. Plenty of employees on hand. Worst experience at a Wendy's to date and that is saying something

Nasty! serving RAW chicken and all the employee’s were nonverbal and then catch an attitude when I start to walk away with my food, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW YOUR NOT DONE GIVING ME ALL MY FOOD WHEN YOU HAVEN’T SAID A SINGLE WORD AND SLAMMED MY BAG IN FRONT IF ME!!!!!???

I waiting for almost 25 minutes in the drive through, which I didn’t mind, the kids were hungry and I’m not feeling well enough to cook. But when I ordered, I expected to get what I ordered. I did not. Spend over $25.00 for the order to be wrong, kids won’t eat it.
Now no one is answering at the restaurant. Go fig.

What in the creation is this? Not what I ordered, I can tell you this. The sauce on it was shredded cheese and I can only guess what else. The bun was so hard you couldn't eat it AND where was the burger? It was disgusting. The garbage can was even begging to not have to consume it. It seemed like we were an inconvenience for the workers as well. The orders were wrong and sauces not given. It wasn't busy at all either. This is Wendy's on Central across from Walmart.

I paid for extra cheese and this is what I get. Today I was lucky that they had potato’s or there system isn’t down. That’s what happens always at night around 7pm

Whew....this place was a hot mess today. I was very patient and was understanding. I think it took 22 minutes to get through drive thru. They were short staffed. I think maybe, they should shut down for a day and do some simple training....staff person was standing around looking dazed and confused, we got one bag of food... waiting for the other and then they realized 'oh I can fill their drink order.'
