I would rank this less than one star because of the way the customers get treated. I was waiting in line for the longest time and as soon as it was my turn I got to the register and she seemed spaced out. When she finally saw me, she told me I was supposed to wait at the end of the line. Ummmmm EXCUSE ME? I was so patient to wait in line and you are telling me to go back? I told her I was next and she said "I didn't see you." -___- are you kidding me? I get that there are usually so many in line but that doesn't mean that when it isn't as busy you should turn away customers. Why would they open a business for customers if they aren't going to serve them? I don't believe employees should dismiss customers that are willing to give their money to you just because you don't want to do your job. Unbelievable.

This is the fourth time I went there are they messed up my order. The first three times I asked them to remake the drink because they made a completely different drink. This last time I ordered a Dark Mocha Frapp Light and got a drink java chip frapp. I also wait a rediculous amount of time when I place orders on tap in go, once a half an hour. I didn’t have them remake this last drink because I did not have time to wait. It went so downhill since last semester

I went to one inside of the library and I was upset I brought my tumbler and I asked her to rinse it before pouring beverage but she didn’t And he didn’t give me discount for bringing tumbler Moreover she touched mine so roughly You guys should study more about your job why you guys keep working with lowest knowledge
