I came here at least 2 or 3 times a month for lunch. I loved it. The portions were good, the service was good I quite enjoyed my orders from this location. The guys running it were always friendly. The food was not overly greasy and the toppings were generous. They've recently changed ownership. The dressing packets i got for my salad today were the size of ketchup packets, even though it clearly says "cup" in the order description and I was still paying the same price for 1 ketchup packet of dressing that I was for a dressing cup. The food is also a heck of a lot greasier than it was before. My new york style fold-over was dripping with...I dunno butter? The cheese bread I ordered was also saturated in grease and butter. I probably won't go back there again.

We order from this location a couple times a month, sometimes more 😆 for as long as we've been living in the area. Please for the love of G** have some patience and decency!! If you are the people on here taking the time out of your "busy" lives complain about new employees that may not know everything they need to because, well...they are still learning, hence the word new employee 😉 If you think you can do better by all means, get to work

So they locked the doors after dark and there is a piece of tape on the door! It looks like duct tape but it could be an off-brand! 😂 While we are on the topic of off brand I will not be going back to this location after dark. It's not in a good neighborhood and the door looks like there was a robbery attempt it is shattered in one place it doesn't close well and quite honestly it just feels spooky here. I work with the delivery service so I didn't taste the food I just know the gentleman who helped me was pleasant ☺️💗 that's the only reason I gave them two stars. The location is actually in terrible disrepair I think an inspector would shut them down if they saw the condition of the building. Hey here's a message to the owners. . . Do BETTER.🤦🏿‍♀️

Ordered "the works" as I usually do from the Reynolds location (typically I get stuffed crust, this time I didn't). Also got cheese bread and a pepperoni pizza. By the time i got home it looked like both boxes were dipped in a vat of oil. The cheese bread wasn't even cooked! My sister had to blot her pizza with a paper towel. I called to complain and the lady acted as if it wasn't a big deal. She said "our ovens run 6 minutes and our pick up time is 20 minutes" our pick up was 9:12 I got there at 9:15. Absolutely the worst experience as well as the worst customer service.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. SECOND TIME MY DOUGH HAS BEEN RAW. i called an the manager that talked to me argued with me for 5 mins saying its impossible for the dough to be raw. its as thick as paste its still raw HELLO. SO UPSET NOW BECAUSE OF HOW THE MANAGER TREATED ME!! i can see it clearly in person but in picture its a little harder. the second an third is a bit worse by the crusts the dough is quite clearly raw
