Koala Berry

For starters, my friends and I go here once or twice a week. It has flavors like Coldstone, but everything is self serve. There isn't much seating, especially inside. The workers are okay. They remind you to use sanitizer when coming in and can be seen restocking the inventory. They serve fro yo and I recently had their sherbet. Kids would probably like this area, because it is interactive. Pricing depends on how many oz your fro yo weighs. I usually end up $4-7. Also, the music is oddly great!

This place has very good frozen yogurt and tons of toppings, but hospitality is not great. The only worker working seems inconvenienced and not friendly when customers are self-serving and entering the shop. Also very frustrating that on a 93° day we aren’t allowed to sit in the air conditioning because they aren’t offering in person dining even though at this point restaurants are open for in person dining. My elderly grandparents had to sit out in the heat even though we were the only customers there all fully vaccinated. I felt unwelcome.

We haven’t had frozen yogurt in a long time (since before Covid). Not really sure what to expect with the restrictions. There’s one person working and they grab your yogurt and toppings, which I understand, however there is a long list of things to choose from meaning my order will take longer (especially with a toddler) than a few seconds. Almost immediately after approaching the counter we were rushed into picking what we wanted, the girl kept saying “next, next, okay next” with an attitude, leaving us not entirely satisfied with our treat for the day, I would be a little understanding if it was off the wall as busy, but it was just my toddler, husband, and myself. We will not be returning.
