The phone number for curbside service goes straight to voicemail, but the curb is right in front of the store. The people inside can see you, you can see them standing there, but don't worry they will still ignore you until you walk in. I placed my order at 11:05. In addition to being ignored at the curb the food I ordered (about an hour ago still wasn't ready. One sandwich of the order was ready, we waited in the store for them to finish making them) According to your website it should have been ready at 11:30. It was noon when I got all of the food I ordered. As an hourly worker with a 30 min lunch period I cannot recommend the curbside pickup. I cannot recommend the online ordering and I was not impressed by the service the employees provided in the store.

Andrew provided everything I wanted with excellent service & friendly manner. There were many customers in front of me but despite the business, Andrew held a cool and positive manner. My sub was perfectly made and every bite was extraordinary delicious. No mess & super flavor. Hands down, the best service I had ever received after 2 a.m..

The poor woman helping me was on her second day... I asked for Italian bread, she pulls our Italian herbs and cheese. I said oh I just want plain Italian. She says they don't have that. I said, yes you do... she asked for help, which I understand. The girl in the back was absolutely NO help. She wouldn't even talk to her. It broke my heart. I work in the food industry and I know exactly what thw poor woman was going through. Trying to learn how to do her job and having the most unhelpful, rude person as her trainer. Uncool.

I came on a Friday night at 630 pm. Ended up waiting 30 minutes to get my food. There was a long line and only 1 person running the entire place. She did the best she could and apologized to people for the long times. I don't blame her for the slow service, I blame the owner for understaffing the place. The poor lady in front of me was stressed or because she was late for a class not expecting to take so long. The lady asked the worker if another person called in sick and they answered that they are the only one that normally works on most nights. I had no problem with anything else here. I have it an average rating because of the long wait time due to lack of staffing.

This place is always crowded at lunch time, and the staff seems to lack leadership. I constantly come to this location and watch the staff trip over each other, seem perplexed about their positions in a relatively simple line, and consistently be confused about what I asked for as they all lumberingly stumble over each other. Subway is an excellent source for a healthy fast food option; this particular location does that fact a discredit by not training their employees, or having standing rules about what employees should be doing.
