Subway

I had a veggie sub today. No drama or general issues to report. The sandwich tasted delicious. Truth be told, It was just like the one I dreamed up in my head as I stood in line waiting to place my order. My sandwich artist was a master of her craft. Followed my instructions with pinpoint accuracy. Prices are fine with me. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. My sources told me that the Chicken Teriyaki Salad was good stuff. I’ve never really had negative things to say about Subway, well, other than unfortunately being tied to that marketing psychopath Jared Fogle. Followed by Seven years of a monkey mascot. Here’s hoping they can have success with their upcoming rebrand.

The sub was delicious and the customer service was excellent. I waited behind an incredibly rude and impatient lady who screeched at the employee working there about what she wanted on the sub, and only calmed down once she was shown (in an incredibly calm and respectful manner) that the sub had indeed been made exactly to her requests. I then had a wonderful chat with the staff member who acted like that was a common occurrence. I am so sorry that you have to deal with such behaviour, but you handled it professionally and appropriately.

If it were possible to give a negative star I certainly would. I choose subway when on the road cause it’s usually fairly consistent. This was more consistent with what you’d expect from a soup not a sub. Soaked in sauce as of the lid came off the bottle. I ordered two identical subs and both were the same. They also failed to cut the sandwich’s so the soupy mess spewed everywhere when I attempted to pull the two halves apart. Would not recommend and will not be back.
