Subway

I used to eat pretty regularly here. But I can’t any longer. Dissatisfied with my sandwich every time. Just not worth the $ anymore. No more BBQ sauce... old crunchy bread.. my son used to love the meatball sub. But the past few times he has been disappointed and thrown it out. The meatballs were hard as a rock. I can’t believe that they find that acceptable to serve. I wouldn’t even give that to my dog. Subway: TRY A LITTLE! Your products NEED to be fresher. And edible!! Until they can figure that out I won’t order ever again from them. I’m a come on barbecue sauce is kind of a given you need that!!! Duh.... Go to Whitehall or Bozeman. This Subway is not a good place. Yuck!!

Most of the time this is a good place though they need to change their sign for when their hours. On September 16,2020 I went in to get a sandwich about 7:45 . A employee I think his name was Tyler said that they were closed. Another customer was sitting in their eating as well. The sign says 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. I noticed also that they were still cleaning up at 8:30. I would rate this as poor customer service when all the food is still out and to say they are closed. Normally I would give a high rating but not this time.
