A fairly average experience. Staff were slow and gave the attitude that they didn’t want to be there. They didn’t even smile and greet the customers in a friendly way. I know it’s just a job. It if you don’t like it then quite and let someone with better customer service work here. I’m not a local, I just stopped in as I was in the area, but I’m wishing I had gone to have lunch elsewhere to be honest.

Poor service. Everything about this place is slow. The staff look like they don’t want to be there and they are horrendously slow. As the line of customers builds up the staff have no sense of urgency. I only stopped in for some lunch while on the road but I wish I hadn’t. Wasn’t worth the time or the money.

Staff were not wearing mask at all and looking at customers who were wearing mask like an alien. Food wise is definitely below average compared to other Subway that I have been to. Cookies are hard as rock like have been sitting there overnight and sell again. Never come to this horrible place again.

Order from here a few times a week on uber eats and am a very loyal customer. However I just stepped into the store today and am genuinely shocked by how rude the staff were, particularly the taller girl with one long braid. When she was taking my order she acted annoyed and like i was bothering her. I brushed it off and after getting my food i went to sit down where the staff member had just been sitting, drinking and eating in the dining area. She rudely yelled and scoffed that i wasn’t allowed to eat there because dining was closed. I explained that i wasn’t eating, i was just taking a seat waiting for a car, and i had a cake in hand for my boyfriends birthday that would melt if i were to stand outside.
She yelled at me that if i wanted to stay in there i had to stand up next to the chair, but not sit down- which was confusing because her coworker was sitting there moments before.
this young woman was truly nasty for me for no reason and i am never one to write bad reviews but this was a horrible experience

Fat indian worker gave me horrid looks the whole time i was ordering. She also messed up my order on multiple occasions and i had to correct her to which she would look at me in discust. Terrible worker and i dont know when the staff here changed. Used to have top quality customer service
