This McDonald's is pretty close to the thane railway station, this place is nice but is crowded most of the time and I've had a bit of trouble finding a table to sit other than that , this is a decent place.
It's a McDonald's, so I won't be writing anything about the food, it's the same as any other McDonald's.

I had a recent issue with my order, but the way it was handled by the Thane Station outlet team was exceptional. They reached out, apologized sincerely, and even asked to redeliver my order. The store incharge, in particular, she was incredibly polite and proactive. It's this level of customer service that keeps me coming back to McDonald's. Kudos to the Thane team for turning a negative experience into a positive one!

Located close to Thane railway station. Good place to grab a quick bite. Place has ample seating arrangement on the upper floor. Service was quick and the staff were nice. The ambience wasn't that great.
