Ordered a sub with ham and bacon , bad service bacon was not cooked i asked the lady to toast it but bacon was not toasted , really nasty will never be back to this location wonder why it never has a lot of costumers.

Took me over 30 minutes to get 2 6 inch chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and 1 ft long chicken bacon ranch made... they all three had the same thing on them which was lettuce and onion and sauce.... thats it.... the employee was rude and didn't speak at all hardly, the worst subway I've ever ate at by far..... oh and the 3 cookies we got were hard we couldn't eat them if I could give zero stars I would but I have to give one....

This Subway is so much better than the one on 7th Street. They actually weigh the meat when making your wrap unlike 7th st. They just put a couple scoops on there. The employees were friendly. The store was very clean.

We ordered for three people. they were very very pleasant. we were in a leaving. my mom was hurting and my dad was just getting off work down the way. we forgot my moms purse so we called, and a kind man answered the phone and we went back and got my moms purse with everything that was in it was still there nothing was stolen. If he wasn't watching that day it probably wouldn't have been disastrous. we are very appreciative of the man who was very generous and honest!!!

All three sandwiches I had mobile ordered were too soggy to eat. Had to remake an Italian B.M.T and still wasn't made correctly the second time around. I do not recommend going to this location ever. Just for a mobile order waited over 30 mins for it to be made and ready.

OMG!! The guy working the counter was new, by his own admission. He did an excellent job making our food. He also made conversation with us (it was slow in the store). He was very friendly. Then disaster struck. I left my purse at the store. I had already made it home to New Boston when I realized my mistake. I called and the guy, I really wish I had gotten his name. He had my purse!! Everything was still in it, including the cash. He is simply amazing. I truly appreciate his honesty!!! I will be back...and next time I will remember my purse!!
