Dunkin'

Hardly go to this location cause the service is not consistent. Some days its good and some its terrible. There's been times where ill go to the Leesport location so my stuff is made decent and my beverage is correct. Past few times it was fine. Today my sandwich looks like my dog put it together. My drink was ok, didnt try to mix my latte, the ladies at the window made it seem like I was inconvenience.

Go to drive thru everyday, usually is a great experience with great coffee!!! I don’t know if they hired someone new but 2 out of 4 days this week my coffee order has been wrong. I usually get cream, sugar, with Carmel swirl, Monday it had some other flavoring that I have no idea what it was, today I got just black. Very disappointing!!! I normally don’t check or take a sip till I get to work but u can be sure if I continue to go to this location I will be checking my coffee before leaving the window!

Order a sandwich with no cheese cause I've never been fond of cheese since I was a child, and they still made it with it. So, when I told them, instead of getting a new piece of bread, they just peeled it off, which still left some of it behind. I'm not lactose intolerant or anything, but what if another customer was and got sick, or someone is allergic to cheese products. That's just lazy.

The WORST!!!! What is the point of having the option to customize your drinks on the app, when the employees NEVER READ THEM???!!!??? They mess up my drink EVERY…SINGLE…TIME!!! Also, whatever machine they use to heat up their wraps and things must need to be cleaned, because they always taste burnt! My advice to anyone considering going to this location would be to stay away! Absolutely horrible!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Worst service ever. Drive up to 5th Street highway and see how a real Dunkin' Donuts should be run. When I pulled up I this morning, I was asked to "give me a minute", which turned into 5 minutes. I should have left then. I ordered a refresher and was asked how I would like it made? WHAT?? After I finally ordered I then went to the pick up area and there were 2 cars still waiting. People don't have time in the morning (or ever) to wait, so I left. Passed the pick up window and there were to girls huddled up talking and not doing a thing. From now on, I am going out of my way to got to 5th Street Highway. Too bad, this place had a lot of potential. Get a manager.
